As our business manager, you may find Mary in nearly any role in our office practice. She is dedicated to attaining the highest patient satisfaction and works diligently to ensure each patient receives the best care in a timely manner. She is committed to excellent patient service and is known to go the extra mile. Mary has extensive training in practice management and has been in the dental field for over 35 years. She has been employed by Dr. Goldberg since 1995. Away from the office Mary enjoys boating and gardening and traveling with her family and friends.
Kim has been working in the dental field since 1990 and has helped develop modern management systems in dental offices by training employees throughout NY and NJ. She has been working with Dr. Goldberg's office since 2001 handling insurance claims and other business transactions. In addition, she keeps herself updated with current insurance claim procedures by regularly attending major insurance coding seminars. She was born in South Korea and studied nursing in Japan where she worked as a registered nurse. She is also fluent in Korean and Japanese.
Pat's primary goal is to treat our patients with warmth, understanding and caring. She's worked at the front desk since 2002, although she has been a patient of Dr. Goldberg for over twenty years. The many patients she has referred over the years have experienced the highest quality of treatment, and have in turn referred their own friends and families. Outside of work Pat enjoys traveling and fine dining.
Kathy, a graduate of NYC Technical College, started with Dr. Goldberg in December of 2000. She has 30 years experience in dental hygiene. Her goal is to provide great dental care while making the patients feel comfortable in our office. Kathy enjoys the relationships she has established with her patients over the past years. On a personal note, she is a native Staten Islander. Kathy enjoys traveling, walking, shopping, baking and the beach.
Janet, a graduate of New York City Community College, has 40 years of experience in periodontal and general practices and has been with Dr. Goldberg's practice since 2006. She enjoys getting to know her patients and takes the time to discuss their dental needs and concerns. Janet attends many courses to keep up with the latest information on decay prevention and the treatment and prevention of periodontal disease. Over the course of her career she has seen many changes in the field of dental hygiene and likes to incorporate the new technology and ideas into practice. Outside the office, Janet loves to read, travel, play mahjong and canasta and listen to music. She is married with two grown children and a dog named Jack.
